Belt conveyor
RecTec belt conveyors are designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability, long service life and operational safety are critical. Conveyor sizing and material selection are always based on process‑specific capacity requirements and the physical properties of the conveyed material.
Conveyor types by application
- Roller gantry conveyor: Optimized for high volumes and long conveying distances, reducing friction and energy consumption in heavy-duty use.
- Slide side conveyor: Designed especially for leak‑free transport of fine materials.
- Sliding floor conveyor: Suitable for a wide range of material flows, providing a stable and even conveying surface.
Process control and optional equipment
Conveyors are equipped with process‑specific components to ensure performance and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. Machinery Directive, ATEX):
- Cleaning systems: Efficient belt scrapers and brush units prevent material carryback.
- Dust and weather protection: Enclosures, dust‑tight covers and weather hoods protect both material and environment.
- Safety systems: Emergency stop systems (pull‑cord switches), speed monitoring and integrated automated fire suppression systems.
- Material purity: Magnetic separators (overband magnets) can be integrated to automatically remove ferromagnetic metal objects from materials such as wood chips or sawdust, protecting downstream equipment such as chippers and crushers.
Technical adaptations
The structure allows for increased sidewall heights to improve volumetric capacity, as well as customized support structures and service platforms tailored to site requirements.
Apron/lamella conveyors
RecTec’s steel apron conveyor is designed to withstand even the most extreme operating conditions, with no equivalent solution available on the market. It is a heavy‑duty solution for transporting wood, bark, chips and other demanding materials, and is particularly superior for wood chip feeding applications. This modern solution increasingly replaces older technologies such as:
- Log unloaders
- Screw feeders
Advantages:
- Extremely durable chain‑driven structure with minimal wear parts
- Energy‑efficient and quiet operation
- Precise feed control via hydraulic motor or planetary gearbox
- Rubber‑sealed lamellas prevent fine material from causing wear and interfering with production.
- Incline angle up to 35° for smooth material flow
- Width 1–3 m, length 3–50 m
- Optional feed roller for uniform material distribution
A lamella conveyor can be used to combine a large storage space with a reliable and well-adjustable line feed.
Chain conveyor

Stair dispenser
The RecTec log stair dispenser is designed for small and large logs (min 150mm - max 600mm). The log stair dispenser is designed with a durable and reliable mechanical crank mechanism, which ensures smooth and effortless operation and keeps production running smoothly.
Bark/collar conveyor
The RecTec Bark/collar conveyor is particularly suitable for the needs of the forest industry and recycling industries, where the transfer of bark and other light materials is an essential part of the production process.
Maintenance and access platforms
We design and manufacture maintenance and access platforms for customer premises and around machines and equipment. The platforms are designed in accordance with standards and comply with occupational safety regulations. The platforms are prefabricated in our factory, which keeps the installation time as short as possible.
Warehouse storage walls
Steel storage walls are an efficient alternative to traditional concrete solutions.
